Somethimes we always complain the unaccustomedness environment, We are always fond memories of the past a familiar environment, because everything have changed, we feel helpless. From your experience i think maybe change is not a bad things

Sometimes we just need change.The same life style will let us feel tired in some moments.Some moderate changes maybe will make us relax and live better.But nowadays most of us are afraid of changes such as changing our stable work,being away from familiar living environment and so on.

Your lifestyle gives us a good example. Most of the college students don’t have the regular lifestyle, they wake up late in the morning and have no time to eat breakfast，which do harm to their health. What’s else, they never buy newspapers and pay little attention to the news.
