I am agreed to the view that sexual harassment is about power but not sex, as a common women, I can’t accept that a woman can be as oppressive as a man in authority about the sexual harassment. What we often heard is about the man, so as a woman, we must study to protect ourselves.
When people own big power, they will try to use their power to prove their super ability. If we suffer sexual harassment, first, we should run and escape from the dangerous situation. After that, according to the degree of sexual harassment, we must take measures to prevent this situation happening again.
As we all know, lust is one of crimes among seven deadly sins of Christian for have strong desire of sex. As I consider lust is the original of sexual harassment which had be a comment phenomenon in nowadays. Today, we talk about the problem of sexual harassment.
What course sexual harassment?
Actually, sexual harassment is throughout the whole history of human beings which had not pay enough attention to this issue until the status have been improved. Sexual harassment is not only about to sex but also related to sex discrimination and power struggle. Strong desire of sex is a mainly course of harassment , so that most beautiful girls are easy to suffer harassment.

Yes, it is right. In the workplace, we may face the problem like sexual harassment, we should know how to protect ourselves. We shoule move to an safety place quickly, and never go to an place with him or her alone.
Lust is the nature of human, but as a human we should try to control ourselves. If the action we do always follow the nature, what is the difference us from the animals?

Now the Chinese government tries their best to filter that unhealthy message from western countries, Korea and Japan. This moive is about business,it is difficult to believe that man get sexual harrassment from woman.So,when we are faced with the situation,we may protect ourself by law.
I agree with the idea that sexual harassment is not about sex, it’s about power. Meredith and the company used all kinds of methods including sexual harassment to pursue for power and their commercial profits. Tom filed charges of sexual harassment to keep his innocence and tried to keep his job.
Now sexual harassment is a serious problem in modern society.We should know what types of conduct are illegal sexual harassment and try to avoid the situation which may cause to it.If it happend,we absolutely must take appropriate action.Sexual harassment is not about sex,it’s about power.So we need to be careful that we don’t trample on the rights and respect due the alleged offender.
